OK. Have you got a
blender? Nope! Just drink the Soy Milk then and eat the
fruit as a salad :)
No really, put the banana (or chosen fruit) in the blender/kitchen
wizz machine and run the machine until the fruit it totally
squashed! Add the Soy Milk thru the feed tube with the
motor running - it mixes better for some reason this way,
then add the cinnamon. Run the machine until the Smoothie
is totally fluffy (Yumm)
Find the nicest biggest glass you have and pour it
in.
You have to sit for a smoothie so find a comfy place
to drink your breakfast as it will help you feel great
the whole day!
Some advice from me....
Sitting when you eat is less stressful and the digestion
works better. For example sitting down for a coffee
or tea can often give you a feeling relaxation.
